UW LARP Howling Wilds Presents: Oath and Oblivion

May 8th - 10th

As the winter thaws into spring, tension and danger around Triomphe rise. A growing sense of dread permeates the newspaper in town and echoes the reports of sickness, decay, and disappearances. The very forests themselves seem more unwelcoming and darker than before the freeze. The portal of Naught pushes back against the exhausted mages’ resolve as undead forces shamble in the shadows, dangerous oozes envelop any in their path, and whispers are heard of ice elves increasing in number. With so much against it, Triomphe is poised to disappear into oblivion.

~Schedule~

Gates will be open at 1PM - PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY DOWN THE DRIVEWAY as there may be folks walking around.

Logistics opens sometime between 7 & 8 PM and will in the area behind the Tavern.

Game begins at roughly 10PM

Game is called at roughly 2PM on Sunday

~Driving In and Out During Game~

For safety reasons, we need to close off access to the parking lot when using our mod sites along the parking lot road. Players who need to leave during a mod by the parking lot should plan to pull their car out earlier and park on the side of the driveway past the mod areas so they are not driving through during a time that will be unsafe for the other players. Players who arrive while the gates are up and blocking the parking lot should park their car on the side of the driveway and be available to move their car into the parking lot once the area is no longer in use.

~Event Costs~

$80 with prelog AND prepay

$90 with prelog and pay at event

$100 without prelog and pay at event

Event payments can be sent to howlingwildsinfo@gmail.com via etransfer (preferred) or Paypal.

Prepay payments will be accepted up until Tuesday May 5th, 2026 at 11:59 pm at the $80 value.

Payments received after this time will be under the $90 fee but will still be accepted.

New Players - Players who have never played an Underworld LARP game will be able to play their first event for free.

Weapons can be rented at $5/weapon from NPC camp, stock permitting. This fee is waived for new players.

~NPC info~

NPC shift opt-out will be $15 for this event. Players who have not chosen an NPC shift through the database will either need to take a shift when registering at the logistics table or pay the opt-out fee.

Players will be required to take an NPC shift or pay the opt out fee if they have played at least 1 Underworld game globally.

Weekend NPCs & Staff interested in sleeping indoors must contact us to confirm their bed as they are in limited supply.

~Location~

The location is Fox Haven Campground at 192 Plante Rd., Lavigne, Ontario. The driveway splits close to the entrance, so please take the left driveway, not the right driveway (which is not Fox Haven property and is owned by a neighbour). You will know you're heading the right way when you pass through a set of gates with Pride flags on them .

Our parking lot will be marked and is located quite close to the main camp - take care driving through this area as it passes through mod sites.

We only have so many spaces/bunks for the Foxes Den/NPC Cabin, so it will be on a first come first serve basis!
